I collaborated with the EVP of Marketing at Modern Spaces and the developers of 1401 Broadway to create custom marketing collateral for the new development in Queens, NYC. The goal was to establish a high-end, luxury aesthetic for the marketing rollout. My work included designing the logo lockup, branding, color scheme, marketing brochure, custom floor plans, digital campaign, and website.
